These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and d789 ("d789", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the d789 online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://d789.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By creating an account, accessing any area of the d789 platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

d789 offers an online gaming environment encompassing sports betting (including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live-dealer casino games, video slots, instant games and table games. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to real-money features on d789 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a d789 employee or associated business partner unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion in place on your Account.

d789 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account where eligibility conditions are not met, including where false or misleading information has been provided during the registration process.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the d789 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address (including city — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or other);
• A secure account password of your choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. d789 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify d789 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

d789 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawals. KYC may also be triggered at any stage of account activity at d789's discretion for the purpose of verifying identity, age, source of funds or payment method ownership.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, NICOP, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement or card confirmation);
• Source of funds documentation where required by d789's compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. d789 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and to place temporary account restrictions pending the submission and review of requested documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request may be closed in line with Section 14 of these Terms.

d789 processes financial transactions in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Players may fund their Accounts using payment methods commonly referenced by Pakistani users, including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant interbank transfers via Raast, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

d789 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements and loyalty programme rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. Players are required to read and accept the individual promotion terms before opting in.

The following general principles apply to all d789 promotions unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is in progress, a per-bet cap applies — typically in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per single wager. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live-dealer titles may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus per Player: Players may not hold multiple bonuses of the same type simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or player.
• Abuse of Promotions: d789 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where the company reasonably believes a promotion has been claimed fraudulently or exploited in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.

d789 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the rights of players in relation to bonuses already claimed and in active wagering progress at the time of such modification.

All bets placed on the d789 sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Void Bets: d789 reserves the right to declare any bet void where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been suspended and a bet placed contrary to that suspension, or where any other technical or data error has materially affected the integrity of the market.
• Cricket Markets: For PSL, ICC and bilateral series cricket markets, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) shall be used to settle all markets. Weather interruptions, DLS method adjustments and match abandonment are handled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. d789 may suspend, restrict or refuse in-play bets at any time during a live event at its reasonable discretion. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless a specific voiding condition applies.
• Minimum / Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• Casino Games: All casino games offered on the d789 Platform use certified random-number generation (RNG) or real-time live-dealer mechanics. Malfunction of any game will render associated bets void and any affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d789 Platform. Breach of any of the provisions in this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

d789 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of player-controlled tools designed to support responsible play. These tools are accessible through your Account Settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total value of deposits in PKR;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a specified daily, weekly or monthly period;
• Session Time Limits: Automated alerts and enforced logouts after a user-defined session duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 1 and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Extended account suspension for a specified minimum period, activated upon request through support.

Limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, may not be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

All content on the d789 Platform — including but not limited to the d789 name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of d789 or its duly licensed third-party content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the personal entertainment purposes for which it is intended. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of d789 or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d789 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities, whether arising under contract, tort or otherwise;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations or responsible gambling commitments;
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, including during maintenance windows;
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors beyond d789's reasonable control;
• Any telecommunications failure, internet outage or connection issue affecting your access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Your use of the d789 Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how d789 collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data, including information submitted during registration, KYC verification and transactional activity.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy. d789 uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal data and does not disclose your information to unauthorised third parties.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting d789 support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirement must be addressed and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

Closure by d789: d789 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account or activity is associated with fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct;
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Continued operation of your Account creates a compliance, regulatory or operational risk to d789.

Where an Account is closed by d789 due to a material breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining account balance pending investigation. Players will be informed of the reason for closure and, where appropriate, given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

d789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the d789 Platform following the posting or notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d789 is licensed and incorporated. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through d789's internal disputes process.

d789 does not represent or warrant that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional and national laws before proceeding. Pakistani users should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and all other applicable legislation. This section does not constitute legal advice.

d789 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
